Inspired by the rivers and waters of Chile, this bright and juicy pinot noir has flavours of red plum, cherry and redcurrant. It is named Rio Rica after the Tinguiririca River that descends down from the Andes mountain range and is born in the glaciers of the volcano of the same name and irrigates the vineyards of the Valley of Colchagua. We have paired this with a classic prosecco: taking their name from the “Little Steamer” boats that used to run along the canals of Venice, Vaporetto's stylish Prosecco has delicate aromas of green apple, succulent pear and lifted citrus notes. Its dry finish beautifully complements the juiciness of the pinot noir.
