We've paired this with Punto Alto Malbec, an organically grown Malbec inspired by the mountainous terrain of South America, which is made in the high altitude vineyards of Mendoza, Argentina.

Inspired by the seas off the Cape of Good Hope at the southern tip of Africa, the Boatman's Drift Chenin Blanc is sourced from renowned vineyards, and has notes of ripe tropical fruits, crisp green apples and a hint of honeyed sweetness. Boatmans Drift takes its name from the 18th century legend of the Flying Dutchman; a ghostship lost off the Cape of Good Hope in a storm. Punto Alto is an organically grown Malbec made in the high altitude vineyards of Mendoza, Argentina; Punto Alto translates as 'High Point'. Grown in the shadows of Mt Aconcagua, the highest peak in the southern and western hemispheres, it has a concentrated palate of bramble fruits and black cherries, and is velvety with a chocolate finish. Both wines are shipped to the UK using the most environmentally friendly method, and bottled at a carbon-minus bottling facility.
