The recipient said that the biscuits (shortbread )were “ the best he had ever tasted “ the order arrived 7 days after I ordered them as they rely on Royal Mail. He enjoyed all the treats very much. Gemma at Monty was very helpful as the order defaulted to my address for delivery. I emailed her straightaway & she corrected it for me.

When I got the confirmation I spotted delivery address was mine so I immediately emailed (no number to call at that time of day) to say don’t send to me and gave her address again but you sent it to me so I had to then post to her myself

Excellent concept, only thing that let my order down was the length of time that the postal service took. Out of your hands I understand.
I was expecting next day or day after like I would expect in my country so it was a surprise when it took an extra day. Managing customer expectations by giving an estimate would be good.
