Delivery Times

Letterbox gifts are delivered using Royal Mail, so unless selecting 'Special Delivery' we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date for these gifts. However, in our experience, 90% of orders are delivered on time.

Please note that Standard postage is not a trackable Royal Mail service, so we will be unable to provide tracking information.

You can, however, upgrade to tracked postage at checkout.

Bath Salts: our handmade bath salts are 100% natural, made from Epsom [magnesium] salt and organic Himalayan pink salt, combined with sodium bicarbonate, grapeseed oil and essential oils as stated on the label. If you experience any irritation, please do not continue using.

Dark Mint Crisp Chocolates: sugar, cocoa mass, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate. Dark chocolate contains: cocoa solids 55% minimum. May contain milk and nuts.

Jelly Babies: sugar, glucose syrup, water, beef gelatine, cornflour, citric acid, flavourings, colourings and plant concentrates.

Milk Mint Crisp Chocolates: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, cocoa mass, lactose (milk), whey powder (milk), invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate. Milk chocolate contains: cocoa solids 30% minimum, milk solids 14% minimum. May contain nuts.

Vegan Fizzy Dummies: sugar, glucose syrup, wheat starch, modified maize starch, acids, modified potato starch, flavourings, colours.

Can I customise an order?

If you would like to create a custom gift box, with a different combination of items to those available in our store, or create a wish bracelet that is different to those available, please get in touch and we will see how we can help. Please note that custom orders may take longer to process. We aim to produce the best hampers we can, and a little sprinkle of personal touch sometimes does just the trick!

 

My order arrived late!

Oh no! We're sorry we missed your big event, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do to help out.
Please do keep in mind that if our fulfilment times have been met, the delivery slot is in the hands of the carrier and we will not be able to offer a refund on a custom product simply because the estimated delivery slot has been missed.

 

How can I order multiple gift boxes to different addresses?

Simply put through multiple orders.

If you would like to order several at once, please get in touch as we may be able to speed up the process for you and draw you up a combined invoice.

 

Can I send a gift box directly to the recipient?

This is what our boxes are designed for! Please ensure the delivery address used on checkout is that of the recipient and we will do the rest, ensuring no invoices are shipped with our gift boxes so the surprise isn't given away.

 

Is a receipt or invoice in the box? I wouldn't want them to know how much their gift cost.

Don't worry, we are aware that in the majority of cases, our hampers are purchased as gifts, so we don't add an invoice inside the package. All order confirmations and receipts are instead emailed directly to you.

 

I put the wrong delivery address, can I change this?

Once your order has been placed it may be possible to alter the delivery address as long as it hasn't already been shipped. Please get in touch as soon as possible.

 

Does my order have tracking information available?

Not by default. Our standard mailing is second class with Royal Mail. Please upgrade to tracked postage if you need your parcel tracked.
