We handmake all of our hampers to order, so it can take up to 2 business days to get your hamper ready for dispatch (this does not include weekends and bank holidays).

If you need your hamper urgently, please contact us before ordering, to see what options are available - we may be able to expedite on request.

Express shipping is a 1-day service. Standard shipping is a 2-day service. (Business days only). Please note these are guidelines, not guarantees. Once we have prepared and dispatched your hamper, it is in the hands of the courier.

Wish Bracelets and Letterbox Gifts are sent using Royal Mail. This is not a track-able service, so we will be unable to provide tracking information.

All delivery estimates are guidelines only. Please note that if your parcel does not arrive, there is a 'benefit of the doubt' window of 10 business days after due date that must be waited out before claims for lost parcels can be made, and refunds or replacements issued.
