2025 Corporate Christmas Orders Payment Terms

At Monty&Ridge, we believe in transparency and efficiency to make your corporate gifting effortless. To ensure the highest quality and timely delivery for your custom gifting projects, especially during peak seasons like December, we operate on a 100% advance payment model.

How Your Order is Secured:

Proposal & Agreement: Once you approve your tailored gifting proposal, we'll provide a detailed invoice.
Full Advance Payment: To confirm your order and initiate procurement and customisation, full payment is required upfront. This allows us to secure inventory, manage lead times, and dedicate resources to bringing your vision to life.
Order Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Understanding Changes & Cancellations:

We understand that plans can evolve. Our policies are designed to balance flexibility with the significant upfront costs involved in custom gifting:

Cancellations:
- 90% Refund: If cancelled in writing before September 1st, 2025, you will receive a 90% refund of the total order value.
- 50% Refund: If cancelled in writing between September 2nd, 2025, and October 31st, 2025, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No Refund: Cancellations made after October 31st, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund, as gifts will have been purchased, customised, and prepared for dispatch.
Order Modifications:
- Minor adjustments to quantities or recipient details may be possible if requested in writing before October 15th, 2025.
- Changes requested after this date may incur additional charges or may not be feasible due to production timelines.
- Any additions to your order will require additional payment.

Delivery & Taxes:

Your gifts will be delivered within the agreed-upon window, typically the first two weeks of December 2025.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
